Before receiving my real estate
license in 2014, I have been a homemaker, military spouse, mom, foster mom, grandmother
and have always been involved in some sort of volunteer work. I
worked behind the scenes with my daughter, a real estate broker, doing non
licensed duties for 3 years before taking the plunge into full time real
estate. During my pre-licensed time, I took many real
estate investing courses and had the opportunity to meet with many investors in
which I gained valuable knowledge from their expertise. After receiving my real estate license, I took
a course and received a Consumer Safety and Security Specialist (CSSS) designation
to help my clients with ideas for keeping their families safe and properly safeguarding
their identities and valuables when selling their homes. I have been able to use my expertise in this
area to help clients, out-of-state relatives and friends, as well as those
selling their homes independently, which has been very rewarding on a personal
level. In 2015 I received my GRI
designation and in 2018 I received my CRS designation to further better serve
clients.
I have had the
privilege of serving families, singles, newlyweds, and investors helping them pursue
their dreams of homeownership, investing for residual income or due to hardship
those who have needed to short sale their homes. Whether
the need has been buying or selling, it has brought me great satisfaction to
accompany my clients over the finish line.
I am thankful for all my experiences prior to getting my real estate
license because I believe it has made me more keenly aware and understanding of
my client’s needs.
